We administer telephone and online surveys of:

  • Consumer experience
  • Consumer outcomes
  • On-boarding and welcome calls

We use validated measures that incorporate the consumer narrative.

If there is not a validated measure for your sector, we will work with you to develop one and make this freely available. This is pro-bono, as part of our giving back to the sector.

On-boarding and welcome calls provide a warm introduction to the service and check that all induction processes have been completed. We develop the script with you.
