Making a complaint through Bheard gives services the first chance to respond.
If you are not happy with how a service responds to your complaint, we will tell you what other complaint processes are available.
We comply with all regulatory reporting requirements. This means we will tell you if a complaint needs to be reported elsewhere and will do this with you.
Your confidentiality is important to us. Information is only provided to services with your consent. It is not released to anyone else, unless required by law.
You can have a copy of all information we collect from you.
